Striking Off of Subsidiary - GPac Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd
Further to the announcement released by Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the "Company") on 4 January 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that GPac Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Leong (China) Limited which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been struck off from the register pursuant to Section 550 of the Malaysia Companies Act 2016 with effect from 12 June 2019.

Striking Off of Subsidiary - China Xinfei Appliances Limited ("CXA")
The Board of Directors of Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that China Xinfei Appliances Limited ("CXA"), an indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Bermuda, which has not been carrying on business nor is in operation, has been struck off the Register of Companies, Bermuda pursuant to the Notice issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bermuda on 16 August 2019 by virtue of Section 261(5) of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda.
