Striking Off of Transport Climate Control Systems Pte. Ltd.
Further to the announcement released by Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the "Company") on 24 December 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Transport Climate Control Systems Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344 of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 with effect from 4 April 2016.
